Update Frequency: Updated monthly, one month after the calendar month, in order to allow time for corrections of the data to be implemented.

OHSC Transmission Rate Order Application to the OEB

The OHSC Transmission Rate Order Applications are viewable by the public at the offices of the Ontario Energy Board located at 2300 Yonge St. 26th Floor Toronto, Ontario M4P 1E4. Offices are open on normal business days and viewing may be arranged by appointment between 9:30 am and 3:00 pm.

BMN's

BMN's are values in a matrix that provides loss information between nodal points on the network under an assumed set of generation, load and transmission conditions. An explanation of the use of BMN's and description of the contents of the data files below in Comma Separated Value (CSV) format is provided.

• BMN's for the East system in Ontario under day time conditions (CSV: 12 KB)
• BMN's for the East system in Ontario under night time conditions (CSV: 12 KB)
• BMN's for the Northwest system in Ontario (CSV: 3 KB)
  Due to the relatively flat load in the Northwest one file only is needed to give a good represenation of day time and night time conditions.
