OHSC Transmission Rate Order Application to the OEBThe OHSC Transmission Rate Order Applications are viewable by the public at the offices of the Ontario Energy Board located at 2300 Yonge St. 26th Floor Toronto, Ontario M4P 1E4. Offices are open on normal business days and viewing may be arranged by appointment between 9:30 am and 3:00 pm. Transmission Historical Outage AssessmentReport contents: Unavailability of transmission facilities aggregated by voltage level for years 1994 to 1998.
