The highest Ontario demand for the month reached 19,825 MW with a low of 11,963 MW.
Earth Hour this year landed on the evening of Saturday March 23, 2013. Ontarians contributed to a drop of 448 MW during the hour, which is more than the average peak for a city the size of Burlington.
