DACP for Dispatchable Loads

You are required to submit dispatch data for your dispatchable load by 10:00 a.m. EST on the pre-dispatch day if you want any part of your load to participate as dispatchable in real-time. If you are expecting your dispatchable load to return from an outage tomorrow and you want it to be considered dispatchable upon its return, you should submit dispatch data day-ahead. Dispatchable loads are not required to commit their load day-ahead.
