Reserve Loading Point Procedures (SE-92)

The IESO will be holding a conference call with dispatchable generators to discuss operating procedures with respect to reserve loading point. The discussions will centre around the treatment of minimum loading in the dispatch scheduling optimizer (DSO) and procedures for the generator to follow.
