SE-109	Mar 28, 2013	+ Outage Management Process Redesign The IESO is conducting a stakeholder engagement initiative to redesign its outage management process and tools. This redesign will focus on enhancements to outage related services to market participants as well as better align the IESO's process with its interconnected neighbours. The intent of the consultation is to ensure that those market participants who submit outage information to the IESO have an opportunity to provide feedback and input in the process redesign. SE-108	Mar 21, 2013	+ Online Registration Working Group The IESO has formed this working group to consult on the phase-in of an online registration system in 2013. Working group participation is open to all stakeholders, particularly representatives of market participants who are involved in registration activities such as registering facilities, contacts or system users. SE-107	Feb 7, 2013	+ Prudential Review The IESO is conducting a Stakeholder Engagement initiative to review the current system of prudential support. This review is relevant to all IESO Market Participants and provides an opportunity for feedback and recommendations for improvement to the prudential framework.	June 2013
SE-106	Dec 6, 2012	+ GA Review In response to the recommendations outlined in the Electricity Market Forum�s Report released December 2011, the IESO has undertaken a review of global adjustment to allow greater responsiveness from customers for costs that are now included in the global adjustment. SE-105	Dec 6, 2012	+ HOEP Review In response to the recommendations outlined in the Electricity Market Forum�s Report released December 2011, the IESO has undertaken a review of how its current programs, products, and mechanisms impact the structure of the Hourly Ontario Energy Price (HOEP) with a goal to identify whether the HOEP includes components that unnecessarily dampen real-time price signals. SE-102	Jun 15, 2012	+ Changes to Day Ahead Production Cost Guarantee After initial discussions with stakeholders, the IESO has launched a consultation to develop a market rule amendment to address situations where ramping down over hour ending one is causing inappropriate Day Ahead Production Cost Guarantee (DA-PCG) payments. SE-100	Jul 12, 2012	+ Bulk Electric System Exception Procedure It is anticipated that later in 2012 FERC will approve a revised definition of the Bulk Electric System (BES) which was recently revised by NERC. Under this new definition, Ontario facilities which include all 500 kV, 230 kV and approximately two-thirds of the 115 kV facilities, would be classified as BES elements. This new definition comes by Order of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC).	July 2012
SE-97	Jul 6, 2012	+ Market Information Focus Group The IESO has initiated this stakeholder engagement initiative to look at enhancements or changes to market information. The IESO publishes market information to provide transparency, enable effective participation, and facilitate understanding and analysis of the IESO markets. The goal of this plan is to obtain advice from a broad range of stakeholders on enhancements to market information.	September 2013
SE-93	Oct 19, 2011	+ Compliance Auditing of Reliability Standards for Ontario Market Participants This stakeholder initiative, led by the IESO�s Market Assessment and Compliance Division (MACD), will establish the processes for conducting audits of market participant compliance with North American Electric Reliability Corporation (NERC) reliability standards and Northeast Power Coordinating Council (NPCC) criteria. SE-91	Aug 1, 2012	+ Renewable Integration As a result of Ontario�s Feed-in-Tariff (FIT) program, approximately 5,800 MW of new renewable generation is expected to be ready for commercial operation by the end of 2012. Within the next two years, the IESO needs to be in a position to register and incorporate this variable generation into power system operations and IESO-administered markets.	Mid-2013
SE-84	Jul 16, 2010	+ Congestion Management Settlement Credit (CMSC) Payments for Generation Facilities In several of its reports, the Market Surveillance Panel (MSP) has recommended that the IESO pursue market rule amendments to allow the recovery of, or to limit, CMSC payments which are made to generators under specific circumstances. The purpose of this initiative is to gather feedback from the generator community regarding these circumstances and to assist the Technical Panel with its review of MR-00252.	On hold
SE-74	Nov 27, 2009	+ Market Information Management Business Scenario (MPI/API Replacement) This initiative will be of interest to all transactional market participants who submit bids and offers, receive Market Notices, enter schedules and physical bilateral contracts.	On hold
SE-50	Mar 27, 2008	+ Standards for supply to large urban areas This initiative addresses the concerns raised by stakeholders that the existing documents do not address the needs of large urban centres. The goal of the plan is to gather stakeholder feedback to determine whether the standards set out in the Ontario Resource and Transmission Assessment Criteria meets the needs for large urban areas given their unique characteristics and the present day structure of the electricity market. SE-40	May 20, 2010	+ Loss Penalty Factors Static loss penalty factors were employed prior to market opening as a replacement for the dynamic module - these static loss factors have not been updated since market opening. Loss factors are recalculated based on the grid configuration and will be distributed to market participants for discussion. An analysis will be undertaken to investigate future options to adjusting the loss factors.	Q3, 2011
