Clarification of Transmission description of peak hours for CT 650. Changes have been made to Charge Types relating to the developing Demand Response 2 program. In addition, Reactive Support and Voltage Control (RSVC) is needed to maintain consistent reactive power and voltage levels on the grid. RSVC services can be obtained from generation facilities as well as other equipment. New Charge Types are currently being developed to settle these RSVC contracts.
