Was posted for BL27.0 and has been revised based on further review and consideration of comments. Requirements were revised to exactly match the words in the NERC standard, including the NERC Functional Model Entity; and a Certification Statement has been added. Revised the form into the new format of the "Requirements" form that better reflects the scope of the Reliability Compliance Program and the new roles and processes involved using the Reliability Compliance Tool. The entire form has also been reviewed, including the NERC standard versions applicable during the reporting period and the requirements have been revised to align with the NERC standard to ensure consistency. Appendix A has been removed as this information is no longer required.

The General Information tab was revised to provide clarity on the purpose of the form and instructions on completing and submitting the form, as well to reflect the words in the NERC standard. There was an opportunity to merge the requirements in Form 1526 and Form 1527 as both certification forms are for NERC standard FAC-003. The data reporting tables (Appendix A and B) have been re-designed into an Excel spreadsheet format in the new IMO_FORM_1527.
