- MPs have until midnight on the 4th Business Day after the last day of the following month to submit Bill 210, Bill 4 and Bill 100 forms.
- IESO electronic collection of these forms generally occurs on the 8th Calendar Day after the last day of the following month.
- Some IESO collections must extend past the 8th CD, due to when the 4th BD occurs or holidays. These days are listed in bold.
- IESO Collection dates are 2 Business Days after submission dates.
- IESO notice to MPs regarding non-submission of forms must be sent on the 5th BD after the last day of the following month.
- Bill 210 forms are 1505 and 1506.
- Bill 4 form is 1562.
- Bill 100 forms are 1598 and 1599.
- BPPR form is 1556.
